Standard Acceptance Tier 2. Mirror of PROD configuration used for all user testing and regulatory API tests. Database copy from DEV at Phase 5 start.

Acceptance Tier 2

Production

Production Tier 2+. Azure North Europe. 99.9% SLA D365. Dataverse Power Platform Production environment. ADX Standard cluster. Cutover Week 28.

R-05	Catch-weight + batch complexity causes performance issues in inventory	AMBER	Load test inventory posting at 200% expected peak volume in UAT. Index tuning on InventDim.
R-06	Biology staff low digital adoption — data entry delays at sea sites	RED	Offline canvas app essential for sea-site entry. Super-user program: 2 biology champions per site for training.

R-10	Site manager access to PROD during UAT phase — accidental data entry	GREEN	Strict UAT environment isolation. MDA solution deployed to UAT environment only until go-live approval.
R-11	IAS 41 fair value accrual disagreement with auditors at year-end	AMBER	Engage NordHav's external auditor (KPMG) in IAS 41 methodology design during Phase 2. Audit trail in GL journals.
